Our green cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) is grown in the Idukki hills of Kerala, cured to keep its deep green colour, then graded by pod size and litre weight. You choose the grade for your channel, and we pack it in bulk cartons or in your own retail packs.

- Each emirate has its own food safety authority, for example Dubai Municipality in Dubai and ADAFSA in Abu Dhabi. Your importer registers the product in their emirate, and we supply the documents they need.
- Retail packs must carry labelling that meets UAE / GCC standards, including Arabic. We print compliant Arabic and English labels for private-label orders.
- For Ramadan stock, confirm orders early so the shipment, clearance and distribution all finish before demand peaks.

Plan to confirm your order several weeks before Ramadan. Sea transit is short, but you also need time for clearance, packing and getting stock to shops before demand peaks.
